Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more, including every MapCommand.
- Orders under $100 (for example, accessories on their own): $11 flat rate.
When your order ships
- MapCommand Batch #1: reservations ship on 15 November 2026. Each unit is hand-built and tested in Brisbane, and Batch #1 is limited to 25 units.
- Accessories ordered with a MapCommand ship together with your MapCommand.
- Accessories ordered on their own are dispatched within 3 business days.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are sent by tracked post and usually arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email info@mapcommand.com.au within 7 days and we'll help sort it out.
