Safety
MapCommand is an accessory for controlling phone navigation apps. It does not make riding safer on its own and does not replace your attention to the road. You are responsible for:
- installing MapCommand securely so it does not interfere with your controls, steering, switches, cables or visibility;
- checking the installation before each ride;
- only using MapCommand when it is safe and legal to do so, and following all road rules that apply to you, including rules about phones and navigation devices.
Do not use MapCommand in a way that distracts you from riding.
Third-party apps, products and trademarks
Map and navigation apps, phones, operating systems and mounts are made by other companies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, changes or performance. App names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to indicate compatibility. Their use does not mean those companies endorse or are affiliated with MapCommand.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearstone Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including loss of data, loss of use, or damage to vehicles, phones or other property, arising from the use of this website, our products, or third-party apps and devices, or from incorrect installation or use.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to repairing or replacing the goods or paying the cost of doing so.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
