Refund and returns policy
We want you to love your MapCommand. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
Batch #1 pre-orders
You can cancel your Batch #1 reservation for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched. Just email us at info@mapcommand.com.au with your order number.
Change of mind
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all parts included. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Faulty or damaged items
MapCommand comes with a 12-month replacement warranty. If your MapCommand develops a fault from normal use within 12 months of delivery, contact us and we'll repair or replace it. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
The warranty doesn't cover damage from crashes, drops, modification, incorrect installation, or connecting MapCommand to a power supply other than 5 V USB.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How to return an item
1. Email info@mapcommand.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and any instructions.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
